Lee Herman, President of InspectionConnection, LLC., has more than 35 years of progressively responsible experience in the insurance industry leading teams with claim handling responsibility in all areas of physical damage. Prior to joining InspectionConnection, Lee held leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance in the areas of Subrogation, Special Investigations and Technical Oversight. Prior to departing Nationwide, he led the formation of a national team with responsibility for handling over 250,000 claims annually in the areas of total loss, salvage, fire, theft and specialty.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Lowell in Massachusetts.
